Rates & Reservations

Standard Non Holidays: Nightly $225  /  Weekly  $1350 - Additional nights over one week are $179 per night. There is a 4 night minimum stay.

Holidays & High Season: Nightly $250  to $275  / Weekly $1750

Cleaning Fee: $200
Damage Deposit : A Credit Card furnished and full liability assumed by
renters is normal acceptable practice.
